Anyone tried using the cordless battery adapters for their cordless tools to power other brands?
I picked up a Hitatchi to Ryobi One+ adapter to use my Hitachi 18v batteries on Ryobi One+ tools. I found it on ebay, but after purchasing I found the files on Thingiverse to print my own. It turned out that this one was indeed 3d printed.
None the less, it works. I received the adapter a few days ago and had picked up this used Ryobi Multi tool for about $25 off ebay, which arrived today. It powered up fine and the battery and adapter were a solid fit to one another.
I'll have to see if I can adapt one to fit some of my older dewalt tools to get some more life out of them.
