Can I ask how you do the painting on recessed lettering like that (if it's not giving away to many trade secrets)?

No trade secrets. I used a foam 6" long, about 1" diameter hot dog roller. Really no pressure, just a smallest pressure on the roller so as not to press into the letters. I needed to go over the same spot a dozen or 3 times, but it came out good. Two coats.

I took some video footage. I will try to post that.

After doing 16 signs twice, I started to get some decent results.
I have done paint over paint before, but absolutely not happy with results.
I tried paint mask in the past, but it pealed the paint when I removed it.

I can honestly say, paint over paint was troubling me.
I feel that I have finally found something that works.

Some small stuff. I just made a Scallop shell 3D model for a client and I plan to make a test piece. I think I may try sand blasting it for the first time.
