An experiment this evening. Filet Mignon, pan seared, oven finished, add garlic and shallots to the pan with some fresh rosemary. Saute with a spoon and serve with a baked sweet potato.
People ask me "Ryan.. why do you grow so many shallots" and I'm like ^^^ This right here (now granted I haven't specifically made this, but I'll go ahead and use it for justification anyway cause yeeeaah! that looks good).
