After a 6 year hiatus I Started a new painting. I have the undercoat done and a little understanding of the foreground but that may change.
#5 is a design change. Not very noticeable but significant.

It's been that long? Way to long my friend. Beautiful, 🍿🍿
Jonathan, My last painting of the Puppy in a bag was posted 8 years ago. So it's been longer. I have been getting frustrated the last couple years not painting knowing I should be. I was going to take a print Making glass at the Loc. College this spring but they still want to push covid and do a 3 hour lecture on the computer and 2 days in the classroom. When you take a 3 day 3 hour class and bump one to lecture gives you very little time to get a good piece done with in the semester. So I canceled the class and bought a lot of new materials for painting. This ram rubbed me the right way and I jumped back in.
Hope you enjoy the process.

Sunday sit number 9 was a good set got in this good detail. I'm kind of liking what's happening. Seems like getting back on the horse with a paintbrush It's just taking off where I left off.
Easy to follow, I'm a right to lift which is a rarity for artist.
From what I was told has something to do with the left side of the brain.

Starting a new section of WIP's. Sit #11
Working my way through the mase of rock ledges. It's a lot to deal with. I see something I like better then what I had just spent a hour or two on and spend another hour working in the changes. The guy who let me use a reference photo for the landscape texted me and said how impressed he was. Made me feel great.
