Im thinking along the lines of using my bottle stopper chuck, screw into blocks/spaces on each side, turn one side, and end, then flip over do other side, as close to symmetry as I can get....the screw hole from the chuck wont matter since I will be attaching the wheels with glue and screws. (the will not turn) not sure how the bottle stopper chuck will work....last resort, Ill go with plastic wheels,
back is acting up again, so tomorrow I will go visit my grandson, elen is recovering from eye surgery she had tuesday, so its a good day to chill. making the fork today and it fit, gave me a little confidence I need to continue project.
I would love to get you and my son together so you could explain the finer points of a good high end cnc machine and wether or not my son would think I can operate one.He can build anything, and Id use it constantly. something the 2 of us can enjoy together...hes moving into a very very large home. Im not supposed to say anything, the deal isnt closed yet, but he sold his house, and he has a ton of room for a nice large cnc machine in his garage, and I can take one fo the 7 bedrooms to stay overnight ocne the machine is in.....one step at a time...I can do very well with signs, I know dozens of store owners, quilters, 100s of teachers, Id find a good use for it
