First loaves out of my new mixer.

when I was in high school I worked in a kitchen and one thing the baker taught me was baking is an exact science. When you are cooking you can work from taste and adjust throw in a dash here and a dash there but baking you must use exact measurement and follow proven recipes.. Non the less those look excellent. Wish I had smella vision.
 
They may not be exactly what you had planned, but I'd eat the living daylights out of that bread. Looks great from here. And I prefer a nice brown crust like that.
