Check one one of the very long honey do list. Jan has been wanting to redecorate the guest room for some time. The focal point was to be some floating shelves flanking the window. These are ash and, rather than drill for the brackets, I decided to make them open in back to allow easy lateral adjustments. Can’t say I’m a big fan of these particular brackets but they did the job.

A great look for the room. This is inspiring as we are experiencing delays in getting some remodeling done at the homestead. I shared it with the wife and she likes them too.

First time I have ever worked with ash - I like it. Machines well and takes stain nicely. Fitting all those long bevels was a bit of a pain, but I like the look.
