I'm not sure where this should actually go so I'm putting it here. If it needs to be somewhere else, please let me know. I'm going to Kentucky next weekend, Bowling Green, Mammoth Cave, Louisville, Land Between the Lakes. Anything woodworking related worth checking out? Museums, tool stores, processional wood shops that might give tours anything like that. Thanks for any ideas.

Thank you. I looked it up there is a museum and school at Berea. The Shaker village sounds neat too. Unfortunately I won't have time to go on East to those places on this trip.

The trip was great. Didn't get to see any of the woodworking attractions you all mentioned. I did go tour the Louisville Slugger plant. That is some serious wood turning going on there. Really a neat place and factory. The factory still has some carts in use that are over 100 years old. There are also some computerized lathes that can turn a bat in 45 seconds!
