Greene and Greene

Very nice! Seems like the sort of project the CNC could knock out in volume and I could see selling pretty well in some areas.

The picture is quite nice as well, has a definite "feel" to it that just works quite nicely here.

Do you do the matting as well?

Yay Leo. The different elevation of the horizontal and vertical members adds that classic G&G look. I too think including the knot void adds a touch a class.

I do the matting as well

I did most of the frame on the CNC machine, but not all of it.
Half laps, cloud lifts, pocket for the glass and all that, all cnc

Trimming the half laps, milling the wood, bung holes, routing roundovers, sanding, finishing all more conventional

The back board on the laser

I don't think of the CNC Router or the Laser machine any differently than I think of my drill press, jointer, planer, scroll saw, hand plane, chisels or screwdriver. It's all just tools in my shop.
