I am in the middle of building a Wood Fired Pizza Oven. I am looking it see if any you guys have done something like this ?

First Fire 🔥 Just checking the front opening to make sure it’s big enough.

Looking good! Assuming your going to brick the sides up and add a roof? If so before the roof goes on pour the void between the brick and fire chamber with bags of vermiculite. It will insulate it and your oven will hold heat for days. Great for baking after you remove the fire and ash.
 
My son could not wait ,he went ahead Build a fire,for the first Pizza.
We were running 500-700 Deg on the floor.Pizza was done in about 2 min.
It did not taste to bad.
