I tried one of Dave Hoskins pedastal bowls

Think it turned out okay... it's a piece of wormy cherry, 7 1/2" diameter and 4" high, the base is 5" diameter. and about 2" deep. I don't measure volume as Dave does.
Finished with my version of Yorkshire grit, then Old Masters oil base sanding sealer and then wipe on poly.... buffed with carnuba.
