I have no basis for comparison but I do love Mexican cuisine so I am sure I would appreciate the roasting of peppers.

The only thing I can throw out there that could compare with your report Vaughn is when a whole hog is being cooked in a portable grill over hickory wood coals for 10-12 hours. The smell is absolutely incredible and the flavor is something once experienced will never be forgotten.
