This knife marks the halfway point in my knifemaking adventures.
This curved chopper/slicer may be the best overall of the chopping knives I made. Ergonomically it is easy on the hand and it rocks beautifully to dice up veggies.
It will also slice like a dream. I had some pork tenderloin that needed to be thinly sliced so I tried the job with this knife. It worked beautifully. The Worksharp system works like a charm for sharpening.
About 9 1/2" long handled in bubinga.
