Back in the early 2000s I dabbled in stained glass. I really enjoyed making 3d objects, such as boxes, lighthouses, business card holders, etc.
At one point I started making landscaping lights and selling them on eBay.

I spent a good amount of time designing, fabricating, and manufacturing a lighting fixture itself. They were made from solid brass and pretty high quality, but time consuming to make one by one. So then spent a good amount of time making that process efficient by batching the manufacturing tasks.
I wasn’t selling them at a price point to really make any money, just high enough to cover costs and buy the value meal.
I eventually burned out on making them and stained glass all together. I may get back into it again someday, but been there and got the badge.
