Great tip. I am going to give that a try.I lost my leather punch years ago, I just switched to Brad point drill bits, they work as great replacements for me

The hang-rail developed a bit of an arc. I took this out when I laminated the spacer bar behind it.
A little leather work.
This punch set did not have a 7/16" which is what I wanted. As mentioned earlier I went to look for the 7/16" and it was no where to be found.
Ordered a replacement and finally got it done.
I don't know why the absence of the leather straps was bugging me so much, but it was. I can finally put this one to bed.
