Finished this up today. Finally. Been dodging rain storms. It's about 6" in diameter, 3 1/4" high, 2" deep and holds 2 cups. Wood was sealed with walnut oil. Finishing was done with two coats of shellac rubbed in and then buffed. Used clear glue to reinforce the bark to help keep it in place.

Looks really nice.

I've not had much success with NA, they usually fall off.
Please expand on the "clear glue" you used.

I generally don't have much trouble with it running. I use the Loctite Professional Super Glue which is in a bit larger blue bottle. I go real slow while applying it and that may be why I don't have much of a run problem.
 
Well, for those who listened to Art Bell on Coast to Coast AM, he superglued his lips together accidentally one night. He was gluing one of his cassette tape holders back together during a commercial break.
