Little Maple Box

Finished this up today. Taking my time with this danged heat wave. Diameter is 3 3/4", total height is 4 1/4", vessel height is 2 3/4" and depth is 2". The volume is 1 cup. Exactly 1 cup. Sealed with walnut oil. Some tripoli and white diamond buffing went on during things. The finish was done with shellac. Then more buffing. I actually was gonna use orange oil wax but the can took off and hid from me. Hmmmph!

Ahh, ok. I do some maintenance work at a place that roasts nuts. Had trouble imagining that "No one likes the pistos" although I'm partial to deep fried cashews myself.
