Little red cedar Santa

I turned this a few weeks ago and forgot all about it until I saw it hanging from the mantle where my wife put it on display. Little feller is hollowed and some cotton balls are stuffed inside so that some cedar oil can be added to refresh his fragrance. There is a cedar plug in the bottom.

Just a little cedar about 2 1/2" tall, finely sanded and finished with 3M abrasive pads.

Well, it looks like I failed. Man, where was my mind?

Obviously this is a snowman but for some reason I called it a Santa.
