I'll probably build the cabinet today or tomorrow. It's just gonna be a simple shaker-style cabinet that will "float" off of the floor, with under cabinet lighting.Nice . Love the sink. Can't wait to see what it goes on. Deserves something unique.
Larry, that is General Finishes Enduro White Poly. It's water-based and comes ready to spray. It's perfect for cabinets. I did three coats yesterday and it came out beautifully.looks great in there john,, what are you using for finish or paint on your cabs?
Yep. I put on two good coats of 123 Bin and sanded lightly between coats with 220. Three coats of Enduro sanded lightly with 320 between coats. The cabinet is 1/2" Baltic Birch and 1X Poplar.what about grain printing showing up, does it fill grain well?
Not a problem at all. I thinned the Bin a little bit with denatured alcohol and it sprays very well. It sands very easily and the Enduro works very well as a topcoat.how did the 123 zins spray? did the poly burn into itself or set on top? what about witness marks from sanding?
