In our last house we had a pair of electric ovens (one had convection capabilities) and a 5-burner gas cooktop. Best of both worlds, in my opinion. I much prefer an electric oven (especially the broiler) over the gas one we have now, but I have a hard time cooking on an electric stove.

I thought about a hybrid ( gas range/electric oven), but I got a great deal on this one. Normally $2300, I got out the door for a little under $1500.Great-looking bread, John. Congrats on the new range!

Looks like you really know how to use that thing! I'm stuck with an electric oven, but I can see the convection oven gives a nice even cook. By the way, if you ever need any appliance repairs, check out https://musiccityappliance.services/. They did a great job for me when I needed help with my electric oven.

Beautiful looking bread and the tool to produce them. We have the convection oven but rarely use it. We have moved to using our air fryer/toaster oven which has the convection feature built it. Does a great job of baking and just about anything else we need to do. Saves on gas and is a smaller footprint and cooler.
