My new gas convection oven/range is installed.

Great-looking bread, John. Congrats on the new range! :thumb:

...We like our convection oven, but are stuck with electric in our neighborhood.
In our last house we had a pair of electric ovens (one had convection capabilities) and a 5-burner gas cooktop. Best of both worlds, in my opinion. I much prefer an electric oven (especially the broiler) over the gas one we have now, but I have a hard time cooking on an electric stove.

I thought about a hybrid ( gas range/electric oven), but I got a great deal on this one. Normally $2300, I got out the door for a little under $1500.

Beautiful looking bread and the tool to produce them. We have the convection oven but rarely use it. We have moved to using our air fryer/toaster oven which has the convection feature built it. Does a great job of baking and just about anything else we need to do. Saves on gas and is a smaller footprint and cooler.
