What do you think about my new project?

Hope not. I will put the back rest with a small angle, that will help that a person cannot lay back and tip it but still can relax.

It is difficult to give you some advice. It will depend very much on how much time and effort you are willing to devote to it. I would make a frame that would integrate the shape of the seat so that it would be perceives as a whole, not as a pair of car seats put on a rectangular bench of sorts.
