I've had a set of Howard Leight headphone for about 5 years that I used quite often. I recently had a set of replacement pads pop up on the deals of the day, so decided I'd get a set. I think they were $8 on the deal, but won't hesitate to buy another set for even $12. I wasn't quite aware at just how much the old set had deflated/worn. The new ones are a whole lot more comfortable, but could be they've started making them thicker.
The inner set of foam pieces weren't in bad shape just dirty, but did need to use a set of tweezers to get them pulled out and stuffed back into the opening they were in.
