Oven Roasted Vegetables Again

Now don't get me wrong. I will lure Bossy in with some sweet talk and slam her in the head with an ax, knock the horns off, French kiss her and throw her on a plate (sorry for the graphic visual). But, I do love me some veggies. Tonight it is sweet potatoes, Russet potatoes, red and white onions, carrots, garlic, corn on the cob and Italian sausage. The usual spices, 425 for most of the ingredients for 20, stir, add the sausage and corn for 20 more, let it rest for 10 minutes and away we go!
