possible future home - Not gonna happen

Now you could have a furniture hogan, woodturner's hogan, carver's hogan and a spare for us to use when we visit!!! Congrats Don, I hope it is all and more than what you are dreaming of!
 
I decided to go ahead and buy the property, I got a line of credit on my existing home and it was approved today, so I made an offer now I am waiting for a counter offer. I have put together a punch list of what improvement are need and prioritized them and put together a budget. I will make some of the improvement prior to selling this house and move most of my stuff up there them I'll put this place on the market.
 
well He wont budge on price and while I can get the asking price from the bank I am just not comfortable with the cost of money. The interest is tied to the prime and with the economy in a flux and inflation starting I am just gonna hold off. If I was closer to selling this place it would be a different story but I guess it wasn't ment to be.
 
Oh, I'm fine with my decision, it's nice to know that the bank was going to lend me the full amount. My original plan was to start from scratch and build what I want and that i what I'll do. It was going to be way to much work and in the end I would have ended up with a nice place but something that few people would want. That way I can get exactly what I want and it won't end up being something my son will have to try to unload later.
 
I read one part about carrying a concealed weapon
I don't know much about all the technical stuff and buildings
I once was told by a local gas station that I was carrying my firearm on reservation land and not to get caught by tribal land
It was up near my daughters school south of Buffalo ny
But I always carried on university property and even into the casinos
I didn't flaunt it nor would I leave it in a hotel room


that property is way out there
