Planning on retirement :
Forty yrs putting together a custom furniture, cabinet and millwork shop. I don't want to pc meal contents of shop. You supply electric and building and you have a complete business ready to earn. asking 75,000.00 all tools and contents for a life time I have assembled. This for a builder, tradesman, ArtistEnt ,furniture maker, ,craftsman, hobbies' with disposable income. If you want to purchase I can give you 90days from purchase to relocate shop contents so your controlled in setting up new location. I'm basically asking .10 to .15 cents on the dollar for what took me a life time to assemble. Everything works as should . 1200 to 2000sqft would be the ideal pole barn, shop, garage. Ill include my 3phase converter only so you can use a every day 200 amp electric service to run my 3,5 7 hp machines 3 ph . Included is 10x10x8 Binks metal spray booth and entire spray room finishing equipment for finishing. Everything..
