So I have used a drill motor of some kind to raise and lower my Woodpecker PRL for many years. It even lives right on the router table. It comes into play when I need to move the router multiple inches. For everything smaller I just use the crank. I also use the crank for fine tuning and adjusting while working.
.
I turns out that the Home Depot adjustable height tables use the same size hex fitting.
In the immortal words of Chief Urulu from McHale's Navy "Woopie doopie! We have fun!".
