All 1/4" Baltic Birch Plywood. Around 7.5" diameter. Finished with 5 coats of Deft Gloss Lacquer. Plan to make a Navy Aviator one for my son and an Army for my brother, than over a little time make a set to donate to our local Veterans home...

Yes,, but, Okay, confession time,,, the only part that is NOT cut on my scroll saw is the "Semper Fidelis"... That is decal, trick I remember from my pen making days...
