Sharpening Band saw Blades

I ran across this video, and thought it was interesting, so I though I would give it a try. I was really surprised how well the results turned out. I took an old dull blade that I was going to toss, and gave it a shot To my amazement, it cut like new. I will be doing it again for sure. I know some people don't have the time to do these things, but if you have time you should give it a try.
The Video is annoying to watch because it moves around too much, but I found the information very helpful.
I was curious if anyone here has tried this, and what your thoughts are?

Haven't tried it Charles, but for a 20 minute effort it's worth a shot. I've tried while the blade is still mounted on the saw, using a dremel and have had a margin of success.
