A few years ago I got a fantastic present from Jim Bradley. He sent me two turned handles that I kept waiting to have a proper tool to put them on. So when making the Gramercy Dovetail kit, as together with it I got a split nut screwdriver to tighten the nuts I thought that what best use could I find for one of them. So here you see the split nut screwdriver.
This is the handle he sent me. It is oak and it has a great shape that feels great in the hand.
An here you can see the scredriver finished.
And this is the remaining handle that will find a tool on it that must deserve such great handle as well.
So, Jim, thanks again for them. One has played an important role on the making of a saw handle, and the other is waiting for another important one.
Be reassured that both together with the mallets are part of my most cherised tools.
