Spot welder work surface

I stopped and visited with my brother a bit this morning. He mentioned that he bought a pan/box brake and had been making boxes for his parts cabinets. We went down to take a look and he's gotten quite good at making them.


I really liked his spot welder work surface he's put together for his HF spot welder. Keeps the box parts sitting square to the welder and easier to hold all the parts together as he's trying to weld. I think he's working on getting a foot pedal setup made for it to free up both hands during the welding.

LOL, I've got a smallish one, but my solution for these types of boxes anymore involve 3d printervating them up!

You're missing the big picture, Brent. If you're not making metal boxes, how will you justify the spot welder?
