Stake bed trailer,

I was inspired by Ted utility trailer build so I decided I needed to do something with my Side by side trailer. It's great for what it was built for but I don't feel comfortable moving furniture and other items so I decided to make it so I could add sides and use it as a Stake bed. I ordered the fittings like Ted did I got mine on Amazon.

Then a trip to the Borg and $150 later I had most of the materials. I have one side kinda done and like any project I have been making improvement as I go along. Here is a picture of the Port side (Left side if your a land lubber).

It is 14 feet long so there are two panels each 7 feet long. The two panels are joined with a special connector similar to the ones used on the corners.

I only ordered one for each side but I went ahead and ordered and additional two set to put on the lower rails, I don't want them flopping around as I drive down the road.

The back will have a single board to keep the back panel from flopping around,

The sides are held to the trailer but a single 2 x 4 in a bracket at the trailer base I have decided to put additional brackets on the other vertical supports. I have these on order also.
