another fun day in the shop. 50 degrees when i started, 70 degrees when i finished. those 2 little heaters are really earning their keep. finished the staining of the bases for the bourbon bottle holders, then, back at home, finished the assembly of the 6 wine bottle holders.

finished the last of the shellac work today. assembly starts tomorrow.

finished up assembling the other 5 this morning. now i have to set up the box size, and weight, to list on the etsy store.

getting started on finishing the 4 bottle holders today. found out the hard way, that the bottle used for the display is shorter, and a touch wider than the one used for the plans, yet both are 750 ml. so, it is off to my cousin's shop to open up the openings a touch, on his spindle sander. also, i found that the holder doesn't need to be as deep, so i will be taking some off the inner bracing. along with the shellac work, all that will be done tomorrow, after my interview at aldi's. today will be the staining of the frames.

finally, got all of the frames fixed, and stained tonight. tomorrow, the shellac begins!
