The craft and pottery space

Yes, but very ugly, like a factory circuit. Much easier to change or add to later, but a bit more expensive to put in. You will need to learn how to bend conduit though.

I think you missed clicking on the link I provided...it goes to a site selling stickers that look like outlets. :D

I went shopping at the local hardware store for the Wagner rollers for my paint stick, but didn't find any. They did sell the roller attachment for the powered paint sprayer, but no replacement rollers. I happened to ask the manager if they carried the rollers and then realized they did not and promptly ordered a few to keep on the shelf, which will be in on Tuesday. I bought a couple of normal 3/4" nap rollers to get started with. I went to Walmart and didn't have any luck there either. As I was driving back by the hardware store I decided to go back in and purchase the powered sprayer. This one...

Hopefully it will save a bit of time, though I'll need to do a bit more masking, at least with the final coats, but priming the walls and ceiling should go quicker. I may still roll the walls for the final color(s). We have a few gallons of the paint we got for the guest house left, and she's looking to use them to save money, but not sure it will be enough.

Spent the afternoon covering the floor and masking things off. Started with shooting primer on with the paint sprayer. Other than the hose that keeps trying to coil back up, the sprayer works well. I used up about 3 gallons of primer so far. The last 1/2 gallon was some water based kiln. The black print on the osb is bleeding through in spots. I’ll pickup a 5 gallon bucket of kilz tomorrow to go over it again. Luckily she wants it painted all white anyway, but will finish with a semi gloss.

I will say, the spray gun was the easiest painting device I’ve ever had to clean. I did let it run low on paint and took me a bit to get it going, turns out you have to prime it again, pretty easy to do, but took a bit to figure out I needed to.

Also need to caulk all of the joints, but looking pretty good.

Got the rest of the room sprayed with primer, and sprayed over some of the dark print that was still showing through.

Still have some showing, but seems like it’s not bleeding through, but just not enough pigment to block it out as the kilz dries.

Ill probably go ahead and paint to see if it covers, if not I’ll work on those areas separately as needed.

I checked this morning and all of the print is visible on several places still where I've covered with kilz a couple of times now. It doesn't appear to be bleeding through (above and beside the door opening, and between the lights on the ceiling). I think there's just not enough pigment in the kilz to block it out, so will try painting over it and deal with it if it's still showing after.

I had ordered some semi gloss white paint from Walmart for pickup yesterday, but they only had 2 of the 4 gallons I ordered, so I may return the 2 gallons tomorrow as it's just a base mix, no additional color added, and pickup a 5 gallon of paint from elsewhere.

This morning I did some measuring for adding a couple of extra steps to the existing stoop, and a new stoop on the garage door entry I installed on the other end. I'll probably pickup concrete tomorrow to get those poured. The current stoop is about a 10" step down. I'll add a step under the door that comes out about 17" from the building and another in front of the stoop. This should make each of the lower steps about 12" deep and a consistent 5" tall for each of the steps.

I also ordered this railing. I'm using one rail of the set on the studio entry, and the other on the lower steps at the guest cabin, which I have some temporary railing. I'll probably order the longer set for the uppers stairs when I replace the temporary ones if I don't do something matching to the railing.
