Today I worked fitting porcelain roses with new petals. These are the easiest porcelain pieces to chip off and take the longest to mold and refit. Tomorrow I'll files the rough edges and color match.
The lighter color pedestals are new.

What do you mold them out of?

2 part water soluble Epoxy. Once it's hardened you need a fine file to shape it. It receives water base, oils and clear coat great.

Leo , maybe a cnc can make these, butcnc would need the broken pieces to match ?
Most broken rose petals have been lost. That I've repaired.
