Hands down, replacing the belt on your 735.

However, I discovered that using a heat gun to warm it up helps a lot. I just finished doing it for the third time. Well, the second replacement, but about three years ago, I installed a Shelix, so I had to reinstall it then. Whatever you do, heed my advice and don't buy the cheap two for twenty belts! Spend the $50 unless you are a masochist.

Not necessarily shop-related, but I recently had to replace the two belts on our Dyson vacuum. I'm convinced Mr. Dyson is a masochist. I got it done with the help of YouTube and a special tool I bought from Amazon, but I thought I'd never get those things on. A heat gun might have helped.
