Chili con queso on home made English muffins with home cured Canadian bacon. Rennie, you made my mouth water so wife said we can do that for breakfst. Actually that is the New Mexican style eggs benedict. Also make sure the cheese has lots of green chili in it.

Just got up and planning to start breakfast pretty soon.. will be Eggs Benny but I'll use Black Forest ham instead of Canadian bacon.

Generally do EB every Sunday if I'm not working the museum market place.
