This may be a bit weird but I am gonna ask anyway

Shouldn't be hard to connect, just tie the gray & violet together to be able to connect 240v on the primary side, connect one hot leg of the 240v to blue, the other hot leg to brown on the primary side. On the secondary side tie red and orange together, black and yellow should output the 100v. If you didn't tie red and orange together, black and red on the secondary would only put out 50v, and orange and yellow would output the other 50v, if that make sense. I attached the data sheet.

Yes it does make sense.

We are having our family New England clam boil this weekend.
I am also canning the remainer of the peaches.
Shop cleaning and various other things.

We are not in a hurry to get the voltage down as the drivers we just replaced lasted 8 years with the over voltage.

I do appreciate the information. I am a little bit smarter now.
I am sure we can fix this.
