I know several of you do logging/saw milling and came across this build of a new logging trailer. He goes over his old trailer in the first video and shows the use of it. Looks to be pretty handy for multiple purposes.

That guy is pretty ingenious, I gotta admit. When I go for a good haul of wood, my partner in it and I use a 22' car hauler trailer. For our purposes it works great as we use tractors with front loader buckets to load and unload. Now there was one time actually had to use construction equipment to move a big pecan tree that was close to 5' in diameter. Big ol' boy! For those who care and don't care, attached is a photo of that thar process using a Case 580 to load. Had to push the whole time because that big Case could barely lift one end.

I have watched this guy for a few years. He actually built his own band mill to cut up those large gnarly logs he finds.

Yes, I have been watching him occasionally. Especially during the trailer build and his mill restoration. Not so much his woodworking.
