wedding and a commission....

went to a wedding yesterday with the wife , and at the reception, ran into someone i knew from a previous wedding (her church mind you), and we got to talking about what we had been up to since last we met. we looked at pics of what came out of the shop, and he liked the pictures i did on the laser, and asked me to make one of the bride and groom, for him to give as a wedding present. i did a first go last night, and sent him a picture of it, just waiting on his opinion.

ran a couple of picture tests, and cleaned up one of the other blanks, and started the engraving on this one. started the finishing with a coat of boiled linseed oil.

after talking with robert johnson, i set the dpi to 254, and for this, the speed was 100.

Your results may lead me down the path. Time wise that's not to shabby. With all the problems you guys have not sure I really want to jump in that computer stuff. I'm more hit the switch and let er rip.
