I have found that there is unused space in my drawers specifically in the upper areas holding nothing but air. I have recently downsized from a commercial location for my shop to one about 25% the previous floor space. I have found that there is unused space in my cabinet drawers specifically in the upper areas holding nothing but air. To maximize usage of the cabinets and drawers i have simply added runners inside the drawers to allow addition of sliding trays or a upper deck to make use of the upper regions of a drawer to store more than just air. If you already have cabinet dtrawers take a look of the usable drawer space maybe an upper level ( simply added with a couple of runners) could quickly offer more tool staoage. I have a sketch but can't seem to get it added ??????
