Wormy pecan bowl

Dave Hoskins posted his little pecan bowls, so thought might show one of mine...
This is a wormy pecan... it laid in my wood pile for a while and had a bunch of worm/bug holes that I just left in place, dripped with thin CA to stabilize and turned... finished with my usually abrasive grit paste, then sanding sealer and a few coats of wipe on poly... 6 1/2 inches diameter by 2 inches high. I don't measure volume.

I just love turning pecan but I haven't had any in quite some time. And I have never been fortunate enough to have any wormy pecan.

That is a wonderful bowl, Chuck. You did a great job.
