I have openly lamented selling my PC557 to a Canadian woodworker since I hardly used it. Every now and then I need a couple biscuits. Generally for edge joining on jigs where no real strength is required.
The router bits are not as large as the joiner blades and you have to fiddle to get a slot that fits without too much extra room. I whipped this up off the Grizzly site. A few minutes of tuning and it works pretty well.
Here's a test board -
I draw a mark for positioning -
There's a hole to see the mark -
Clamp that dude down -
Run a 2" x 5/32" bit with a 7/8" bearing across the guide -
There's a slot -

That fits a #10 bicuit -
Sorry for the angle on the last shot. It really is centered. The arc fits the biscuit great without the slop I was getting by freehanding it.
