Tenon shoulder problem-looking for suggestion

Allen, I too am having the same problem with cutting tenons, and probably downloaded the same two jigs you did and built them, one rides on the fence of the table saw, and the other is a small sled that runs in only one of the TS slots. Both jigs give me an accuracy problem when pushing, probably from pushing on one side a little too much or from an inaccurate fence tilting. I haven't built it yet (maybe today or tomorrow, you know how that goes), but I have an ideal to mount the one jig straight to my TS cut-off sled, which is much larger and more stable, I think when I do this the tenons will get better accuracy. This ideal is still in the paper stage, but I'll let you know how it progresses.
