Also need help finding

Ohhh...that was it Frank, gotta try the two layer now. I did find the pins, but here they call them torsion pins. That way no one will have ever heard of them and won't ask for them. Still more sanding to go and need to install the pin, but here is the first of what I am sure will be many. English walnut with friction polish at 3200 rpm. Again, thanks for all the help guys and gals! :thumb:

Torsion pins sounds good to me Jim. Let's keep it a secret.
Good idea with the finger relief Ron. I thought I bought a spindle sander for some reason, now I know why.
The more I think about it, the more I like this project. So many different designs, and we can go flat or spiny, great use for glued-up cut-offs, the sky is the limit.
Beautiful salt box there Jim, nice size, color, shape, and execution.
