New Magjig Item on Woodcraft Catalog Cover

I just got a new Woodcraft Catalog with the Magjig Resaw fence on the cover.

You can select the catalog tab from the Woodcraft home page to see what I'm talking about - it's not on the website yet.

I'm liking the concept - I want to play with resawing some hardwood I picked up from the curb at cleanup a few weeks ago - but my Craftsman bandsaw has a non-steel table (Aluminum?).

I figure I'd spread the word. It seems expensive to me but I'm cheap!!!!

My bandsaw was a freebie - my FIL sold off his summer camp in the Pocono's and was going to leave his WW equipment for the new owner. My BIL transported it home for me.

I have never asked this and maybe it should be in a new thread but whats the deal with the resaw guides? I always just use my fence and have never had a problem when resawing.
