Why do they always do this. It costs so little more to get it to Canada especially a DVD. Dont they know we are nearly the 51st state.:rofl:
What about past customers. Surely I qaulify. They already had my dollars. I am tired of getting so many emails with the heading fee shipping. Then you look at the fine print and its only the continental United States. They get you all excited and then drop you over a cliff.

Hey Rob, When I get my mine I'll copy it and mail it to you:thumb: Don't feel bad about the way shipping goes. Most of the tool catalog companies and a lot of the companies that go through Amazon won't ship to the islands. They are to set in there way of shipping with UPS or FEDEX and that is triple the cost of USPS. My blood pressure goes sky high when I talk about it:doh::(

PS. I even had on lady tell me after I told here I was in Hawaii said and I quote "We only ship the United States" GRRRRRRRRRR

That is because you live in Paradise... But now that one of your Homegrown lads is in the driver's seat, folks will recognize your value. Love to see posts from you as it reminds me of my visit, so many years ago... it seems. But I'll be back, I love the Big Island.

The DVD looks interesting, but in order to get it, I'd have to break a self-imposed principle, and order something from PSI.

Some time back, after a couple unsatisfactory experiences with PSI's Customer (non)Service, I vowed never to order anything from them again.

Guess I'll take a pass on this one.

That is because you live in Paradise...\

That is closer to the truth than you think Bill... I live south of Hilo in a subdivision called "Hawaiian Paradise Park" or HPP as most call it. It is the second largest subdivision in the US with about 8800 1 acre lots and is approximately 4 mile by 5 mile in size.

Here is a Google Earth link to the area.

Well I could figure out how to get the location pasted here. :(:huh:Maybe another time:dunno:
