    Steve,

    When you're creating a post, upload all the pictures you intend to post in the thread. Then, as you're typing, use the little paper-clip icon to insert a picture where you want it to go. A picture will be inserted, then you can carry on typing, insert another picture, type some more...etc.

    After you've uploaded your picture place the cursor where you want the pictures to be in the text then theres a paper clip thingy next to the smiley in the edit page. Click on the paper clip and select the pictures you want to place where the curser is at.
