Your jigs and fixtures are in a bit different league than mine (and I suspect many others here, too). ;) Cool stuff.

From my experience in metalworking, I agree that the most accurate way to make incremental cuts is to use a stop off the original cut or leading stop point for each successive one. Otherwise, a few thousandths here and there adds up to an error that is significant even in woodworking.
