A while ago, Larry sent me two pieces of Box Elder. The rule was that I was supposed to turn at least one of them WET! Someone asked that I do a picture show of the event. Here it is. Forget #1, got there by mistake.
#2 - drill hole for screw chuck. I find it holds the blank very well.
#3 - There is RED in there.
#4 - Screw chuck in position to receive blank.
#5 - Blank installed.
#6 - Tail stock added for security.
#7 - Roughing the outside. OH YEAH! There is RED in there!!!
#8 and 9 - Nice chips, but a little wet!
#10 - Outside roughed out.
To be continued: More pictures.
