In addition to working on the bed, My eldest son and I were working on a new desk for his room.

Here I am working on the shelfs which will hang under the top on the left side.

Now that my son is home from Iraq I'm hoping that we will have more "shop time" together. His kids have asked for wood toys for Christmas.
Nothing beats the time you spend with your kids one on one.

Sheesh Ned, at the rate you're whittlin' down that "To Do" list, you must be tryin to match Allen's productivity rate.:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Good job.:thumb: Looks like it will do the job nicely.

Thanks Norm!

I realized not too long ago that I hadn't used the shop 'enough' all summer, and decided to change that ... HOpefully in a big way.

I'm going to be knocking out a few more projects, shop stuff mostly, this weekend. I've got Two football games and a social event in the way, but I'm planning to spend at least half the day in the shop all weekend.
